Today’s TBOTD, Text Bae Of The Day,  United Ability,  understands the importance of a job and how it can change lives as they created their employment services program to serve students and adults with disabilities, helping their skills and reach their employment goals while making a group of individuals to make people feel seen.

The different program they offer are Pre Employment Transitions Service Program,  which teaches job readiness skills in high school classrooms. Summer Jet program, offers high school students the opportunity to work in a competitive integrated work environment. The supported employment program strives to help individuals with disabilities find and keep jobs in the community through personalized support and lastly, the Pre Hire Assistants program assists individuals with job preparation needs from crafting resumes and  mastering interviews
