Kodak Black is reportedly in federal custody following his recent arrest, according to several reports from Florida-based news outlets. Black (real name Bill Kapri) was taken into federal custody after he allegedly violated the terms of his probation, and is being held at the Miami Federal Detention Center since this weekend.

Kodak was apprehended days after he posted bond and was released from jail; the rapper, who was arrested after police found him asleep in a black Bentley SUV parked in the road with the engine still running, was charged with cocaine possession, evidence tampering and improperly stopping, standing or parking. Kodak recently addressed the allegations from his recent arrest in an Instagram Live video, sharing that he had sipped on some lean and fell asleep in front of a family member’s home, denying that he had taken cocaine.

Kodak’s latest legal woes come over a year after he was stopped by police and hit with felony drug charges after authorities found him with 31 oxycodone pills and $74,960 in cash during a search of his vehicle. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance without prescription and trafficking in oxycodone.
