Today’s TBOTD, Text Bae Of The Day, is Latoya Gillis. After graduating from Core Program in 2022 she began working at ARCE, currently holding the title of workforce development coordinator, which includes her leading the center’s career service programs that support the nation’s largest real estate program housed within the Culverhouse College of Business at the University of Alabama.
Latoya is a part of Core’s most recent project the Local Focus initiative allowing local companies to search for local talent from underrepresented groups looking for positions ranging from internships to apprenticeships and full-time jobs.
